 DAY 01 : ARRIVE COCHIN
Upon arrival in Cochin airport/ railway station you are met and transferred toyour pre-booked hotel for a short rest. Thereafter taken to the tour of the port city, covering the famous Bolgatty Palace, St. Francis Church - the oldest European Church built in 1503, a Jewish Synagogue and the Dutch Palace now called Mattancherry Palace.Come back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 02 : COCHIN – MUNNAR 135 KMS / 84 MILES 04 HOURS DRIVE
After breakfast, in the morning , enjoy a refreshing drive to the enchanting hill station of Munnar, which is also home to the world’s largest tea–growing estates. Check in at hotel. Go on sightseeing tour of Munnar, including Mattupetty, Pothamedu, Devikulam, Pallivasal and Attukal.
Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 03 : MUNNAR
You have full day to explore the beauty of Munnar .Enjoy a leisurely day at the beautiful locales of Munnar at your own pace and preference. Situated in the Kannan Devan Hills, the greenery and serenity of the place offers the low-flying clouds and the mist-filled valley, besides the virgin forests. Overnigh stay at the hotel at Munnar.
DAY 04 : MUNNAR – PERIYAR 110 KMS /68 MILES 3 HOURS DRIVE
After breakfast, We drive towards Periyar, which is about 90 km away.upon arrival Check in at hotel in Periyar. Spend a peaceful afternoon and visit local places of interest.
Lunch, Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 05 : PERIYAR – KUMARAKOM - HOUSEBOAT 145 KMS / 90MILES 4 HOURS DRIVE
Very early morning, embark a boat cruise on an artificial lake along the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger reserve of India and catch the wildlife of Periyar in your camera from the safe haven of the boat. The morning play of herds of Elephants on the banks is a once in a lifetime experience. Besides one can also see Asiatic Deer, Black Buck and even tiger. Return to hotel for breakfast and rest. Leave for Kumarakon by afternoon and board the traditional rice boat or “Kettuvollam”. Overnight stay and dinner at the houseboat.
 DAY 06 : HOUSEBOAT
In the morning, have your breakfast on the traditional rice boat or “Kettuvollam” at your own pace. Enjoy your sail through the picturesque backwaters constituted by a meandering network of lakes, canals, lagoons, rivers et al. Take pleasure in a tranquil flow of time with beautiful sceneries spread across by the interesting complement of land and water.
Overnight stay at the houseboat.
DAY 07 : HOUSEBOAT – POOVAR 190 KMS / 118 MILES 5 HOURS DRIVE
Morning breakfast on board. Enjoy your houseboat ride to Alleppey backwaters. Visit Pathiramanal Island, C’ Block, R’ Block, Narrow canals and coconut lagoons, panoramic Paddy fields, Olden wooden house, Chavara Bhavan, and much more while cruising through the Punnamada lake. Disembark at Puthenagady Jetty and drive to Poovar. Check in at resort.
Enjoy Dinner and Overnight stay at the resort.
DAY 08 : POOVAR
Enjoy a full day at leisure at Poovar, to be spent and cherished at your own pace and preference. The backwater canals with their coconut groves and thatched villages has developed into a first-class up-market tourist destination, minus the crowds.
DAY 09 : POOVAR – TRIVANDRUM 40 KMS /24 MILES 01 HOUR DRIVE
Today after breakfast drive to Trivandrum for your onward destination.
